Do I need to be present when the work is done?
No, you do not need to be at the property for any of our services. If you would like to be home for our visit then we can absolutely schedule the service on a time and day where you will be there.
Can I add on extra services when you get here?
We may be able to accommodate additional services but it will depend on the size and scope of the work. If we don't have time to perform the additional service on the day-of we will schedule it in as soon as possible.
What happens if it rains the day of my service?
Depending upon the severity of the rain, most services may still be able to be performed. If it's determined that the weather conditions are too poor, you will be notified as soon as possible. The safety of our staff and your property is foremost in our minds.
What do I need to do to prepare for the visit?
Not much! If you won't be home while we're there we'll just need the side gates to be unlocked so that we're able to access the backyard. If you hired us for window cleaning or pressure washing we will also need a faucet to be turned on as we will be hooking up to your water.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cheque, e-transfer, or cash. We do not accept credit or debit cards.
Does Spartan Property Cleaning have insurance?
The safety of you, your property, and our team members are our number one priority. We are fully licensed and have $2,000,000 in comprehensive insurance including general liability and personal injury liability. Trust the professionals and don't gamble with someone who isn't insured to be working on your home.
Do you offer commercial services?
We certainly do! Aside from residential, we also offer our services for all types of commercial properties. This includes: condominium complexes, office buildings, restaurants, storefronts, townhouse councils, business parks, industrial buildings, and more.
Are your chemicals safe for my home, family, and pets?
Don't worry! We care about the environment and your property, which is why we don’t use harsh chemicals for our cleaning services. For most jobs we simply use water, but for stubborn stains we will sometimes use biodegradable cleaning solutions that are 100% safe for you and your property.
What if I am not fully satisfied with your services?
We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are ever dissatisfied with any area of service, simply let us know within 72 hours and we will happily fix the problem at no additional charge. Our gutter guards come with a lifetime, transferrable warranty.
How much do your services cost?

Are you able to reach windows and gutters that are multiple stories high?
We can safely clean up to three stories. In addition to ladders, our technicians use extension poles to clean those hard-to-reach spots from the safety of the ground.
Can you repair gutters?
We offer minor gutter and downspout repairs such as repositioning and resealing. We do not replace gutters or downspouts.
